I have been studied in the Ishihara lab from a master's degree to a doctoral degree. Fortunately, I got a doctor's degree this year. The Ishihara lab is the ideal laboratory in Japan. For five years, I could have many opportunities, such as attending the conference, using high tech instruments, and exchanging great scholars. Prof. Ishihara and other professors are great intelligent in their area and have a passion for the research. So, I recommend joining the Ishihara lab if you would like to be a researcher or to improve your skill and knowledge. I hope many students are taught under the Ishihara lab.
I have been part of Ishihara laboratory since 2017, being first technical staff for 10 months and joining as master student since 2018. During my master course, I had the opportunity of growing up as a researcher, receiving a lot of information about how work should be conducted. Ishihara Sensei and the rest of the staffs have been always kind and supportive, creating a comfortable work environment for international and japanese students. I would strongly recommend joining the laboratory to everyone interested in topics like SOFC, Li-based secondary batteries, catalysis, etc. The laboratory is driven in both English and Japanese, so any student can improve here their communicative skills by exchanging with other students. In addition, the great diversity of backgrounds of different members make the laboratory specially interesting if you want to learn about different cultures and make friends from all around the world. My personal experience is that joining Ishihara Laboratory is the best decision that I’ve ever had taken, and I will be eternally thankful for his support and mentorship. Do not wait more, contact us and join our laboratory.
